1. Authorization and Permissible Purpose

By proceeding, you expressly authorize Scout Data Inc. (“Scout Data”) and its service providers, including consumer reporting agencies and authorized resellers, to obtain and use your consumer report information solely for the purpose of credit pre-qualification and eligibility evaluation related to solar financing options.

2. Nature of Credit Inquiry

You acknowledge and agree that this authorization permits a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. Pre-qualification results are informational only and are not a guarantee of approval.

3. Role of Scout Data

Scout Data is not a lender, broker, or creditor and does not make credit decisions, set terms, or guarantee financing. Any final credit decision is made solely by a third-party financing provider and may require a separate application and a hard credit inquiry.

4. Information Sharing

You authorize Scout Data to share your information with participating financing providers only as necessary to evaluate potential financing options.

Services are provided as-is for informational purposes only. Scout Data does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any financing offers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
